Had really great time there.

The breakfast was satisfactory and the best, the hotel was MAGNIFICENT and fairly clean. Its location was great and absolutely incredible, right in the center of the historic district, and in a central area. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

The place is situated in the heart of the city and you can easily reach the Palace of Justice on foot, which is quite convenient, and it's just a 25-minute drive from the airport, making it very accessible.

The location is amazing, with a view of the cathedral and Saturday night fireworks. The hotel is a tourism spot with beautiful architecture and a grand hacienda feel. The old building and public rooms are magnificent. The towels are the best I've ever had and the breakfasts are excellent. The catering facilities are reasonably-priced. The service is great and the rooms are very nice with comfortable beds. The bathroom has nice toiletries and extremely hot water, perfect after a long hike. The property throughout is beautiful.

Felt privileged, no reason to complain.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was amazing, right on the main plaza with a killer view of the cathedral. It was so convenient to be close to the main plaza and right in the center of the historic district. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable. Parking was quite easy and we had no trouble finding a spot. The staff was extremely cordial and had a can-do attitude. They made us feel right at home and provided excellent service. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
